• The Principal Or Interest Payments Are Not Paid When They Are Due

• Federal Government-Issued Securities– Considered Free From Risks Of Default

So Then, What Are Defaults?• Suspension Of Payments

• Issuers Will Continue Or Resume Paying Debt
