~Albert Einstein
The Power of a Paradigm
The old paradigm that many organizations still abide by, is that human beings are things that need to be managed, motivated, and controlled. Look at history and industrialization!
The Industrial Paradigm
When you treat someone like a thing (micromanage), you prevent them from finding their voice and unlocking their true potential.
The Industrial Paradigm
The Whole Person Paradigm says that human beings are four dimensional: body, mind, heart, and spirit.

People make choices. Consciously or subconsciously, people decide how much of themselves they will give to their work depending on how they are treated and on their opportunities to use all four parts of their nature (p. 22)

The Whole Person Paradigm
Most of the great cultural shifts - ones that have built great organizations that sustain long-term growth, prosperity and contribution to the world - started with the choice of one person.
Someone who changed themselves from the inside out.
Two choices: The Path to Mediocrity and the Path to Greatness. (p. 28)
We have the power to choose, and it’s never too late.
The Whole Person Paradigm
“Two roads diverged in a yellow wood, and I-
I took the one less traveled by,
And that has made all the difference.”
~Robert Frost
