Teaser: What Students Want Most from Faculty

University students identified nine faculty traits they consider essential for effective teaching in both the online and face-to-face arena. We will explore many practical ways of fostering and embracing all nine, but particularly the most highly sought characteristic, through online course delivery. Audience input is highly encouraged.
