You are requested to draw up the loadable plan in accordance with the sailing instructions

your loadable plan (Ship’s loadable quantity, tank wise, information which you want to tell us

(D) Pumping Rate
If the vessel cannot maintain her maximum discharging rate due to shore reason(s), you
should obtain signature by shore representative on a statement of fact.
You should state clearly following points in the statement.
(1) Lower discharging rates requested by shore
(2) The periods and rates of reduction
(E) Cargo Remaining On Board
In order to protect us from R.O.B. claims, you are requested to follow below mentioned
procedures.
(1) Vessel should conclude stripping operation based on prior consultation with terminal or
its representative.
(2) Vessel should not disconnect hoses, nor allow disconnection of hoses, until instructed by
terminal or its representative, and certainly not until after dry survey is completed.
(3) If the surveyor alleges that there is cargo R.O.B. which is liquid, free flowing and
pumpabale, vessel should offer to restrip tanks until pumpable R.O.B. becomes nothing.
(F) Protest Letter
In order to protect us from any claims by charterer, you should submit protest letters to
terminal/shipper regarding below matters for instance.
(1) Cargo Discrepancy – in case ship’s figures are less than B/L (shore) figures
