An induction day for new SASS addressing Department of Education induction requirements and an introduction to working in a school. Program includes: Code of Conduct; Child Protection; WHS Induction; Roles of SASS “statement of duties”; e-training and anaphylaxis training; Staff portal – emails, ESS, A-Z Directories, job vacancies; Anti-racism and ARCO; what to do about accidents to students and staff; School emergency and evacuation policy.

Time: 9.00 am to 3.30pm

Cost: $77.00 (Government Schools including GST)

Target Audience: New SASS and those interested in working in schools as SASS
