DISCUSSION:• When a Counselor leaves their position for any reason (termination,

resignation, etc.) their entire access to the TAP system will be revoked.

• At any time, any “Parent” counselor can suspend or delete their “Child” or “Descendent” Counselor Account.

• A suspended account is meant to be temporary, and while the “Counselor” is still in the TAP system, they will not be allowed to login to access anything.

• A deleted account is meant to be a permanent decision. If a “Parent” counselor deletes their “Child” or “Decedents” account, any candidates associated with that Counselor must be moved to another Counselor. The system never allows any candidates to be “Orphaned.”

NEXT STEP: DEMO SITE

• The demo site is coming. Once the demo site is live the actual VR portion of the TAP will be live as well.

• The demo site will allow Counselors to “walk-through” the site and its functionality.

• The TAP Hierarchy will come into place when the demo site and TAP system is live. Only those with the authority to create (Initially only State Director’s Office and appointed State Point of Contact) will have access to the actual system until they create “Children” and give visibility to others, and authority to them to create.

• Inputting candidate profiles will be available once the demo site is launched, however, practicing on the demo site is encouraged, in order to get better acquainted with the system. The demo site can be used for those who have not been created by a “Parent”.
