Statement of facts in murder of nine-year-old Cecilia Zhang by Min Chen

Agreed statement of facts, dated May 9, 2006, explaining the confession of Chinese visa student Min Chen to kidnapping and killing nine-year-old Cecilia Zhang of Toronto on Oct. 20, 2003. Chen pleaded guilty to second-degree murder and was sentenced to life in prison with no chance of parole for 15 years.
