As leaders, professionals, and staff it is our job to lead the way in the proper and powerful use of social media to connect, engage and inspire tribes of followers. Mark R. Thompson suggests that we do not rely on IT or marketing to use social media on behalf of ourselves, that we ALL understand and engage in social media.
