new listings Have a new listing? Here are your next steps:

1. Download Listing Worksheet from BluBook

Marketing > Document Center > Listing Transactions > Listing Worksheet

2. Fill out Listing Worksheet (document is an electronic form)

3. If you would like listing entered on MLS for you, turn in completed MLS

listing sheet (also available with the Listing Worksheet), as well as at least 1 picture

4. Attach 1 additional high resolution picture of the listing

All completed forms and pictures should be returned to newlistings@pruca.com. Additional features described on the listing worksheet make up Exposed!, our individual listing marketing program, a standard offering for Prudential California Realty agents.

escrow Looking for transaction coordination? Our full-service escrow department is here to help. Agent is responsible only for the following: 1. Download Escrow Worksheet from BluBook

Marketing > Document Center > Listing Transactions > Escrow Worksheet

2. Turn in fully completed Escrow Worksheet, along with signed purchase agreement

and any other signed documents within 48 hours of acceptance.

3. If representing seller: complete Inspection Request form, as well as page 3 of TDS/

Agent Visual Inspection and turn in with disclosures and existing reports.

4. If representing buyer: let escrow coordinator know if you prefer disclosures and

documents to be emailed to client or hand delivered.
