OUR MISSION We produce, preserve and operate supportive housing in and around

Skid Row, serving the poorest and most vulnerable people in Los Angeles, including the homeless and those who may become

homeless.

BENEFITS OF PEER ADVOCACY

Para- professional role: Peer advocacy have more flexible boundaries than providers. Their use of self to more prevalent and acts as a tool to engage and

connect with their peers. The power differentiation is not as great and most of time and peers

tend not to view them as authority figures but rather as equals.

Advocates serve as a way for us to strive to provide the most personal and nuanced services we can to our residents.

A peer advocate team has only enhanced our service delivery and

engagement with our clients.
