Program of Work Residential Meeting

Motivation LHC experiments entering a new phase. Basic functionality done. Foreseen increase in user support and maintenance Need better rationalization, process automation, consolidation, etc. Keep up with new technologies and R&D

Objectives Identify work items that will make an impact on the usability and

maintainability of our software for the LHC experiments Identify possible synergies between projects to optimize overall effort Identify what parts of the software needs more

consolidation/reengineering work Better support forthcoming activities related to new experiments (LCD,

NA62, NA61)
