On October 16, 2019, the Materials Management Advisory Council considered and duly approved this

update of the state solid waste management plan. On November 21, 2019, the director of Ohio EPA

(Ohio EPA) adopted this state plan. Before the state plan was approved and adopted, Ohio EPA held

public hearings in five locations throughout Ohio. A hearing was held at each of Ohio EPA's five district

offices. The locations and dates of those hearings were as follows:
