and laying them
out ready to
cook.
Final touches.
Wrapping up the sweet potatoes.
Grilling both products for 20 minutes.
Final product #1. Moroccan steak with sweet potatoes and grilled onions.
Preparing bananas to put in the oven, Tanzanian Baked Bananas .
Brown sugar sauce that will go over the bananas.
Finished product #2. Tanzanian Baked Bananas with brown sugar sauce.
