Multiple studies have seen student start to eat more fruits and vegetables after working in a school garden.

Getting students involved in garden based education activates their critical and creative thinking skills.

After starting this project the attendance rate went from 40% to 93%.

Peer mentoring, community involvement, group work, hands-on learning, respect for others and the environment, creative and critical thinking skills, writing, cooking, geography, and art. The list of benefits goes on.
