INSTRUCTIONS- 1 kg minced meat mixed- 1 cabbage- 2 onions- 1 carrot- 2 potatoes- one cup of rice- parsley- pepper- bay- broth- salt- dill- thyme- smoked every kind

RECIPE1- Peel and grind onions, potatoes, carrots, adding the meat and mix with salt, pepper, rice and 100 kg of broth.

2- Put a pot of water to boil with salt and a little vinegar. When boiling water onto cleaned cabbage cob, let boil until the leaves are malleable. Take the leaf to leaf and let it cool.

3- To assemble stuffed cabbage and smoked on the bottom of the pot and put a little chopped cabbage, arrange the cabbage rolls from adding remaining broth, bay leaf, dill, thyme and some pepper. Cover with water and bring to all stuffed cabbage boil slowly for an hour and a half.

4- Serve hot, accompanied by sour cream can.
