Welcome MessageDear Colleagues,
On behalf of the scientic committee, it’s our immense pleasure to invite you to the “3rd International Emirates Conference on Minimally Invasive Surgery & NOTES” that is planned to be held at Rosewood Hotel in Abu Dhabi, UAE on 12-13 May, 2016.
The past 20 years have witnessed an extraordinarily rapid adoption of minimally invasive surgical techniques, and increasingly these techniques are being employed in the diagnosis and treatment of a wide range of malignancies.
This two-day program is designed to serve as a unique and comprehensive overview of the current status of minimally invasive surgery in oncology patients and in addition oers valuable insights into the future of this constantly evolving eld.
The conference will greatly expand your understanding of the development and use of new minimally invasive technologies and techniques to diagnose and treat many types of cancer including gastrointestinal, lung, and prostate cancers. Minimally invasive surgery is an eective approach to removing some cancerous tumors and lymph nodes, all the while sparing the patient from unnecessary tissue damage, pain, and scarring.
The event will feature a faculty of leading experts in this eld. The Meeting consists of updates of multiple topics, plenary sessions; expert review and discussion of surgical oncology videos and hands on clinical practice workshops performed by master surgeons. There will be endless opportunities for the participant to learn from the “giants” who write the articles and shape the future. This unique event is a fertile ground for the development of academic and research relationships that are sure to advance the practice of surgery for all involved.
The video session will bring panels of Master Surgeons together to show you the ner points of their techniques and to discuss how to handle dierent surgical oncology cases with attention given to lessons learned and appropriate action/reaction. The academic excellence of a distinguished faculty and state of the art technology will be combined to bring an exceptional educational opportunity to help our surgeons to provide better patient care.
The event will also provide an Exhibition that will feature the latest in products and services designed by leading manufacturers.
We invite you to participate in this scientic meeting and have a unique opportunity to network with your peers and keep abreast of the latest developments in Innovative Minimally Invasive Surgical Oncology.
We look forward to welcome you in Abu Dhabi.
