Nominates individuals to the Board of
Trustees
Advises the Board in policy-making, program
development and governance.
Provides the crucial link between the Board
and the regions from which they come by
apprising the Board of the issues, concerns
and affirmative actions of the CSOs in their
areas
FPE Board of Trustees (BOT)
11 members from NGO, PO, Academe
& private and government sectors 6 from NGOs/Pos based in Luzon,
Visayas and Mindanao (2 per region) 4 at-large from any sector including
business, INGO, church, etc.
11th member from DOF or BSP to represent the Government sector
