•  Highlight your problem solving, communication/teamwork/leadership skills

•  Use template, don't change margin or font

•  1 page, convert to pdf •  Spell the names of recruiter or

company right •  Proofread! •  If you list internal references, be

sure they can vouch for you or at least remember your name
