made time to time, round taken

during lecture period , Direct

sitting in class room if required.

Monday to Monday weekly test.

takes round in other dept for

cross checking which faculty is

reaching late or not taken

lecture from morning till last

lecture every day.

matters discussed. A

maintained by each HOD
