1. To organize the examination and conduct quality control of graduate studies

2. To promote and support the academic excellence of the university

3. To promote virtue and morality in the examination

4. To notify The Graduate School of problems or suggestions

5. To instruct students to use their knowledge and virtue gained from study, for serving society and

the nation
