RVE’s are a group of highly trained experts have have the combined

skills of a BA, IA and/or a User Experience Architect.

They facilitate JAM SESSIONS (Joint Application Modeling) to gather

requirements on-the-fly and turn them into visual simulations for the

stakeholders to consume and make better project decisions.

• FordDirect was spending too much
