Renewing your registration on the portal

In order to renew your registration, you will need a current Working with Children Check (WWCC) or DCSI/DHS Clearance certificate. If you have already provided us with evidence of your WWCC/DCSI clearance you do not have to do anything.If you need a WWCC you must apply through the Department of Human Services here. Working with Children Check

IMPORTANT: READ THIS BEFORE YOU COMMENCE YOUR APPLICATIONSince your last renewal new mandatory requirements have been introduced. Before you can complete your renewal you must have:

• a current Working with Children Check or DCSI/DHS Clearance certificate• your completed Linkage Verification form for Proof of Identity purposes.

Proof of IdentityWith your Application for Renewal you are required to provide one proof of identity document. This document must be a photocopy, certified and linked on the Linkage Verification form by an authorised witness.

Accepted photographic identity documents:• Current Australian passport• ImmiCard issue by the Department of Home

Affairs• Current Australian driver’s licence, learner

permit of provisional licence• Current foreign passport• Current proof of age or photo ID card issued

by an Australian Government Agency• Current shooter or firearm licence.

Your Renewal Application

Your application on the portal contains a step-by-step guide on how to complete your Application for Renewal of Registration.

Please read each section carefully.

On each page, you will be provided with information relevant to the requirements for renewal of registration.

You may also be asked to provide additional information, such as answers to your Fitness and Propriety Declaration or personal information for your National Police History Check. Please read each section carefully.

You will also be prompted for additional documentation or information throughout each section.

Click Next to progress through each step of the application.

Once all sections of the application have been completed, you will be able to select a payment option. You can pay online via credit card or BPAY (BPAY until 31 December only).

If you have ticked yes to any of the questions that require further documentation, please print out the Checklist and send this to us at PO Box 3649, Rundle Mall SA 5000.
