innovation technology visionFive nights a week doorstep trash and recycling collection solves on-site trash issues. Consider the possibility that you would never have trash sitting out during leasing hours, your maintenance staff would have more time to focus on resident satisfaction, and you have an amenity that benefits every resident.

resident recycling – how do I make it easy?

Make recycling participation easy and convenient – remember that recycling is a habit and will take some time for your residents to get used to. Don’t get discouraged, persistence and education are the key to a successful recycling program roll out.

a) Provide recycling containers by mail stations and pool areas. Consider placing multiple properly labeled 96 gallon blue containers by dumpster/compactor areas

b) Consider providing a small 8 yard cardboard dumpster on-site for all those move in, move out boxes

c) Consider doorstep trash collection to ensure the continued engagement of your community
