QuickFloor 500 – A single product (Two components) flooring system based on Polyaspartic / Polurea technology that can be used for high performance flooring and roofing applications.

Single colour applications, spray or roll applied. Can be used as a superior clear top coat for QuickFloor 100. Offers superior

gloss retention and superior resistance against chemicals, fuel, abrasion and impact than standard epoxies.

QuickFloor 100 – A single product (two component) system for commercial flooring utilising both Epoxy and Polyaspartic / Polyurea technology.

QuickFloor 100– multipurpose modified epoxy / aspartic based base coat, self levelling floor topping, patch repair material.

QuickFloor 500

QuickFloor 500 is a new two-component, rapid curing, polyspartic / polyurea technology coating system designed as a single product application flooring system or as a clear top coat over QuickFloor 100.

Formulated with aliphatic chemistry, Quick Floor 500 is colour stable allowing it take UV

exposure without colour shifts seen with other coating systems such as epoxies.

VIP Quick Floor 500 can be applied using a roller or squeegee. VIP Quick Floor 500 is applied over an existing good quality concrete floor.

Available in standard colours or custom colours by order.

Drying times between 15 minutes and 60 minutes.

FAQ´s

Will the product yellow or discolour?

A: No. QuickFloor 500 is colour stable allowing it to handle UV exposure without colours shift that is often seen with epoxies.

Will the product crack?

A: No. QuickFloor 500 is exceptionally durable and has double the flexibility of most epoxies allowing it to handle surfaces that tend to expand or contract such as concrete.

Can the product be coved up the sides?

A: Yes. Due to its flexibility characteristics, QuickFloor 500 can be mixed with silica sand and used as a coving material where required. Alternatively and preferably use a pre-moulded rubber coving.

What is the warranty?

A. Warranties are project specific. If the application is a simple residential application then a 10 year limited warranty could be offered against cracking, fading and peeling

How soon after application can I use the floor?

A: A VIP QuickFloor is extremely quick setting and therefore provides an overnight return to service in most situations. In normal situations the product can be driven on in 6 hours. (colder conditions may increase these times).
