Reporting allows users to drill all the way down from the summary level report down to the
specific QC job or work order detail level. Contractor management can view all QC results real
time, drill down to technician level and get specific address information, view photos of the
infraction, or click on the comments to see the comments entered on the QC job.

Purpose:
The QC Summary Report summarizes quality control performance by the
technician being monitored.
Filters:
Market, QC Product, Job Type, QC Type, Work Order Completed Date
Range, QC Date Range, and QC Upload Date Range
Attributes:
Director - The QC Director employee id (EID) and the name of the
director (multiple expressions)
Division - The QC Division composes the areas, for example, Desert
Cities, L.A. County Metro, North, NorthEast, South, San Diego, etcetera
Manager - The QC Manager employee id (EID) and the name of the
manager (multiple expressions)
Market - The sys that identifies the specific market, ie., Texas, NYC and
Pacwest
Supervisor - The quality control supervisor that performs the inspection
of the QC technician
Technician – The QC TechnicianID concatenated to technician name
Type - The numeric value of the work type technician, 1=Contractor
QCs and 0=In-house QCs

Pass Percentage – the calculation expression that determines the
percentage
Primary Infractions – the count of the primary control jobs that failed
to perform according to quality control standards

Comments – the QC Comment describes the quality control comments
associated with the job
Inspector ID - the QC Inspector Identifier that uniquely identifies the
inspector that is assigned to the quality control job
Job Class – the job description of the quality control job that is
assigned to the technician, for example, Reconnect, COS, TC, New
Connect, SRO, Disco. These codes identify the type of worked
performed
Job Number – the QC job identifier is an unique object that
identifiers the quality control job as the key in the quality control
hierarchy
LIVE QC– determines if the quality control job was performed by
means of a Live (Hot) connection
Order Number – the identification number that is associated to a
specific work order that allows the QC technician to perform the work
at the job site
PASS – the quality control pass indicator checks the QC Result for a
1or 0
PHOTOS – the image identification number (ID) that is unique and
identifies the picture that is uploaded and the equivalent name of the
QCImages as Description
Primary – count of quality control primary infractions, Products – the
product identification of High Speed Digital (HSD), Phone or Video.
Includes ID and Description of the QC product, such as HSD, phone
or video
QC Date – the date that the quality control job was performed in the
field by either an in-house person or contractor Secondary – count of quality secondary infractions, Supervisor ID –

Category – The QC Line Category is broken up into Primary and
Secondary and they both deal with certain type of reported infractions
by the customer

Defect – the QC Line Defect unique identification Line number
Infraction Comment - the QC Line additional comments that is
associated with the QC Line Defect
Job Class – the description of the quality control job that is assigned
to the technician, for example, Reconnect, COS, TC, New connect,
SRO, Disco. These codes identify the type of work to be performed.
Job Number – the unique job identifier that is associated to the
quality control technician Order Number– the identification that is associated to a specific work
order that allows the QC technician to perform the work at the job

Purpose:
The QC Technician Detail Photos report displays the technician details
associated with job and can be linked to the QC Display Photo clicking
the YES under the Photo object.

Category – The QC Line Category is broken up into Primary and
Secondary and they both deal with certain type of reported infractions
by the customer
City - the specific city where the quality control job is being
performed, State – the state identification where the quality control

Image Comment - The QC Image Comment recorded by the
technician, inspector, and/or supervisor
Infraction Description - The QC Line Item Text is the description of
the primary or secondary infraction, and linked to QC Line Number,
e.g., Is customer satisfied with work performed, Provided Customer
Education on equipment and features for all services installed,
etcetera. Job Class – the description of the quality control job that is assigned
to the technician, for example, Reconnect, COS, TC, New connect,
