Relevance of the Peruvian Geological Survey to

promote the mining sector

PERU IS RICH IN NATURAL RESOURCES BECAUSE OF ITS COMPLEX GEOLOGY AND RELIEF

Presenter
Presentation Notes
The soil and subsoil of our territory characterized by a variety of natural resources: minerals, hydrocarbons (oil and gas) and water (oceans, lakes, rivers, streams). These three life generate resources for the human being, flora and fauna

PERUVIAN MINING POLICY

The primary objective of the Peruvian mining policy is rationally exploit the mineral resources, respecting the environment and creating conditions for the progress of Peru in a stable and harmonious environment for business and society Thereby, the State promotes the growth of mining and energy activities, promoting prevention and mitigation of environmental and social impacts to achieve sustainable development.
