FILM TECHNIQUES

Never hate your body and don’t listen to anyone, what they say, and what they think of you. You are beautiful the way you are. If one person thinks you’re not attractive, many other people out there will think you are beautiful than

anyone. People who tell you bad things might be just jealous of you and try to make you suffer if they know

you’re not confident.

Having one eating disorder can change your life, harm your body, and even kill you. You don’t want to end up like

models who suffer from these illnesses. I’m sure they wish they never went on diet or avoided food. Having Anorexia

or Bulimia is way more serious than it seems.
