The sub-systems in the St.Gallen OPEX model consist of the sub-elements: Total Productive Maintenance (TPM), Total Quality Management (TQM), Just-in-Time (JIT), and Effective Management System (EMS).

THE ST.GALLEN OPEX REPORTSite report shows a company´s performance in the KPIs of each sub-element of the St.Gallen OPEX model and further reveals to the implementation level of defined OPEX enablers.
