It is my great pleasure to invite you all to the upcoming 13th Symposium for the Japanese Scandinavian Radiological Society (JSRS) and 16th Nordic Japan Imaging Informatics Symposium despite the spread of COVID-19 pneumonia in 2020. The conference will be held in one of the most beautiful city of Japan, Sapporo, and re-scheduled to 26-28 May 2021. Late May is the best season for visiting this beautiful city though most part of Japan is in rainy season (Baiu). The city also enjoys an excellent transport links from major airports in Japan.The local committee has just re-started preparing for the meeting and making it interesting and impressive. We are looking forward to seeing you at Sapporo.

PS: we are thinking of changing the symposium to web meeting if COVID-19 pneumonia continues to spread and causes pandemic in 2021.
