Convenience in time/energy Must establish mutual meeting times

Ex. FL - Thursday 7:00pm / Philippines - Friday 9:00am

Statistics prove that companies that have a diverse level of leadership increase the chances of attaining the very best talent

Culturally diverse people bring various perspectives, life experiences and thought processes to the table

Videoconferencing for a single user ranges from $600-$3000 for the software and $100 per webcam

For a group or boardroom, the appliance ranges from $6000-$14,000

The employees will also have to be trained by an IT expert

We need to gain market share Increase sales and customer base Organize and execute a mass advertising

campaign that focuses on specified regions

There is nothing morally or legally wrong with our proposal

It is a situation all companies run into at some point in time.

Our plan is simple, effective, and cost efficient

The challenge occurred when the board of directors established a goal to increase sales volume by 25%

Company wants to target young families with children as potential consumers

External Solution: Family Friendly Net Communications must implement a mass advertising campaign that targets families with children.

• Family Friendly Communications must ATTRACT CUSTOMERS:

– Television commercials – Telemarketer calls– Print ads– Mailer ads– Offer specials/sign on incentives– Promise no hidden fees

Increase Market Share gains Market Share: The

percentage of product or service a company sells in comparison to its competitors

Local television commercials can be less than $100 per commercial $5 per 1000 viewers

Production of the commercial is inexpensive Several hundred to several thousand
