Type the

into the

field

“Address”

Click the

drop-down

menu bar

next to

“Print

Using”

Click on

“Select

Printer

Software”

Find

“Oce

Office

Family” on

the list and

click it.

Next,

click OK

The printer

is now set

up. Click

“Add” to

finalize the

process

The printer

is now set

“Add” to

finalize the

process

The printer

has been

added.

Click on

“Options &

Supplies

You can

rename the

printer (or

any other

printer) to

anything

you like

using this

method.

You can

also note

the

printer’s

location,

which is

helpful for

staff

working in

multiple

schools.

To set this

(or any

printer as

your

default

printer)

click the

dropdown

menu next

to “Default

Printer”

Select

“Last

Printer

Used” or a

printer of

your

choice

To retrieve

your

printed

documents

from the

Oce, enter

your code

and press

the “Print”

button

Use the

wheel to

scroll to

your name.

Next, click

the button

below

“Open

Mailbox…”

You will now

see a list of

documents

you’ve sent to

the Oce. Use the

wheel to select

and the number

keys to enter

copy quantity (if

more than 1

copy).
