Summary

An Action Hack and Slash where you play as a mercenary straggling the line between two warring factions. Push back waves of enemies in real-time utilizing various combat modes, towers and your allies to earn fame and glory as you help decide the fate of the war.

Testing Methods

• Interview and Summation• Play time of ten minutes.

Test Results

• Problems with controls• Not enough user feedback during gameplay• Confusion with towers• Steep learning curve

Revisions

• Added splash screens• Health bars for towers and objectives• Removed incomplete class• Added visual control indicators to HUD• Increased NPC and player spawn rate• Added more health to towers and objective.• Corrected melee collision

• Unified idea• Quick problem solving• Game idea presented well towards audience• Positive feedback from testers• No fighting

• Game maker != team• Menu system was not integrated• Time constraints• Caster mode• Enemy types• Lack of visual cues• One level• No sound
