Benefits of having health insurance

1.2 million people under the age of 65yrs.

Roughly half of those uninsured are eligible for free or low cost public health insurance

Why?

They don’t know what free or low cost programs are out there

They think it is only for people that don’t work

They have the wrong information about who can get it

They don’t speak English or they don’t know where to go to get help in their language
