So You Want To Share The Gospel?

Okay, Before You Share…PRAY

Pray for a soul to reach

Pray for the words to say

Pray to be in the right place at the right time

Don’t Be Surprised If…

They get mad at you

She rejects you

He criticizes you

Remember What God Says…

…Fear not for I am with you (Isaiah 41:10)

Go make disciples…(Matt 28:19-20)

I want all people to be saved (1 Timothy 2:4)

Explain the Gospel…(John 3:16)

God is holy and our sin causes separation from Him

Believing and trusting in Jesus fills that gap

We are made new through Christ

Explain the life, death and resurrection of Jesus

Our sins are put on Christ (1 John 2:2) We’re made right before God (Romans 3:22) Our sins are forgiven! (Romans 3:23-26)

What IS Sin Anyway?

(they may ask)

Sin is…

Any behavior, conduct, habit or action that breaks God’s code of conduct

And the penalty for sin, without Jesus, is death. (Romans 6:23)

However…

The Gift Of God Is…Eternal /e·ter·naliˈtərnl/

adjective: eternal

1. lasting or existing forever; without end or beginning.

LIFE (Romans 6:23)

Before Jesus I Was…

Addicted Swearing like a sailor

Dead Inside

into some dark stuff

ANGRY

Suicidal at the end of my rope Promiscuous

Direction-less hopeless in jail MESSED

Helpless abused! UP

AFTER JESUS… (Well, how can I describe it?)

I’m forgiven I’m SAVED

I have a relationship with God

I feel whole again

I’m cleaned up

I have a purpose I’ve let go of the past

I’m going to heaven: And I want to see you there, too!

Point Your World To Jesus Christ…

Plant a spiritual seed.

Let God make it grow!
