Objective of Open Forum for Consultation

The Open Forum for Civil Society Organization Development Effectiveness is aimed at :

1. Sharing experiences and opinions on:Dimensions of CSO Development Effectiveness Basic Principles of CSO Development Effectiveness Guidelines, Mechanisms and Indicators for CSOs

Enabling Environments for CSO Development

Objective of Open Forum for Consultation

2. Drawing on shared experiences and opinions in order to build a framework and platform that ensures CSO development effectiveness. 3.Encouraging dialogues between various parties (governments, donors, CSOs, UN agencies and international CSOs) to build understanding and support, and to reach a multi-stakeholder agreement on the importance of eliminating several critical conditions that impede CSO effectiveness as development actors
