• We all tell stories

• What we choose to tell ourselves and others makes a difference • There is never just one story

• You can change the ending

For the next 15 minutes

• You’re going to be scriptwriters and write a scene in a thriller

• No-one will see it! Inner editor banned go with the process – ideas unlimited

a few physical details, job

Write notes about them… waking up knowing

it’s going to be a bad day but not sure why

– feel, smell, see, hear
