3 SIMPLE STEPS TO CREATE YOUR ACCOUNT

It takes less than 5 minutes to create your TranSwap Account.All you need is your identity card, your computer and your handphone.

STEP 1 : SIGNING UP WITH YOUR EMAIL

STEP 2 : CREATING YOUR PROFILE

STEP 3 : VERIFYING YOUR IDENTITY

After you have created your new account, it will take 1 to 2 days for TranSwap to validate your information and send you a confirmation email. Secure your account after you receive your confirmation email and you are ready to do your first transaction.

(a) Use Computer first(b) Go to TranSwap.com(c) Click "Sign up"

Now return to your computer to continue

(a) Review the document copies(b) If alright, click "Continue to final review"(c) Review and confirm your account details(d) If alright, click "Confirm & Proceed"

Congratulations! You have completed the registration of your new account. It will take 1 to 2 days for TranSwap to review and validate your account.

You will receive a confirmation email.

SECURING YOUR NEW ACCOUNT

After you have created your new account, it will take 1 to 2 days for TranSwap to validate your information and send you a confirmation email.

Secure your account after you receive your confirmation email and you are ready to do your first transaction.

Use your computer or handphone to login to secure your account. You must have your handphone with you to get your OTP.

4 SIMPLE STEPS TO SEND MONEY

It takes less than 5 minutes to send money.Get ready bank account details of your recipient.Get ready your bank account to make payment.You must have your handphone with you to get your OTP.

STEP 1 : ENTER THE AMOUNT AND SELECT CURRENCY

STEP 2 : ADD / SELECT YOUR RECIPIENT

STEP 3 : REVIEW YOUR TRANSACTION DETAILS

STEP 4 : MAKE PAYMENT TO COMPLETE THE TRANSACTION

STEP 1 : ENTER THE AMOUNT AND SELECT CURRENCY

(a) Go to TranSwap.com(b) Enter the account(c) Select the currency(d) Click "Start sending money"

STEP 2 : ADD / SELECT YOUR RECIPIENT

(a) Click "Add new"

(a) Select Recipient type(b) Select Country(c) Select Currency(d) Click "Continue & add recipient details"(e) Fill up recipient details(f) Click "Continue & add bank details"

STEP 2 : ADD / SELECT YOUR RECIPIENT

(a) Select Bank(b) Fill up recipient's account name, account number and description(c) Click "Add new recipient"(d) Select recipient

STEP 3 : REVIEW YOUR TRANSACTION DETAILS

(a) Review the transaction details(b) Select the purpose of this transfer(c) Add a reference or description to this transfer(d) Tick "I confirm the data is correct and agree to the Terms & Conditions"(e) Click "Confirm and proceed"(f) Enter the 6-digit code sent to your phone(g) Click "Verify OTP"

STEP 4 : MAKE PAYMENT TO COMPLETE THE TRANSACTION

(a) Login to your bank account(b) Make payment to TranSwap's SGD account(c) Once payment is made, the transaction is completed. You will receive acknowledgement email from TranSwap

Congratulatons! You have completed your first transfer.

TRACK YOUR BOOKINGS

(a) You will be able to track the bookings you have made and the status

(b) You will also be notified by email when the transfer is completed
