English Auctions (Ascending Bids):•The seller an item and bidders raise the offer price until the top price is reached.

Dutch Auctions(Descending Auctions):Buyer announce something he wants to buy , and potential sellers compete to offer the lowest price

For example ,if an item sells for $60.00,the seller pays 8.75% on the first $25($2.19) plus 3.5 % on the remaining $35($1.23)
