DESCRIPTION

This presentation is a primer on the social web for CXOs who are familiar with the consumer 2.0 movement, but are unaware of how it relates to the enterprise. Some slides here on the pdf are actually links to web pages where I explain the phenomenon in real time. Also not depicted here is the embedded QuickTime file. Feel free to contact me for more information.
