Breakdown of P3M

Contributions to Organizational Goals Develops and implements plans to achieve a specific scope. It is largely concerned with achieving specific deliverables that support specific organizational objectives.

Harmonizes its projects and programs, and managing their interdependencies. Its focuses on achieving the cost, schedule and performance objectives of the projects within the program or portfolio.

Aligns by selecting the right programs or projects, prioritizing the work, and providing the needed resources. It balances conflicting demands between programs and projects, allocates resources based on org. priorities and capacity, and manages so as to achieve the benefits identified.
