Dearest brothers and sisters in Islam,

We, the students of WISHES, welcome you -

With warm and loving greetings of salaam:

As-Salaamu ‘alaikum wa Rahmatullahi wa

Barakatuh,

To every Muslim child, woman and man!

First, some advice before we start the show:

Sweet words from the acronym of “Welcome”,

friends -

“W” –Work always to win Allah’s Love,

Whisper Allah’s Names, on Allah depend!

“E” –Even if others chose to be astray,

As Muslims, believe that Islam is the Only Way -

The Only Way to everlasting bliss with God -

Earn Allah’s Mercy by being faithful always!

“L” –Look around you, thank Allah for His

blessings -

Among the greatest gifts is guidance to Islam.

Love what and those whom Allah loves,

hate whom He hates.

The Qur’an and the Prophet’s Sunnah

love and understand!

“C” –Come altogether to Allah’s Way,

Be united, care for each other for Allah!

Advise each other to be better Muslims,

And include each other in our daily du’as!

“O” –Obey Allah’s Commands every night and

day,

Observe the Sunnah always, learn from past

mistakes,

Order what is just, and forbid what is wrong,

Know that all of us must meet Allah someday!

“M” –Manners and good morals are a must

for Muslims,

Manage your time so that each hour is for Allah,

Make all your acts sincerely for Allah’s sake,

Master being true Muslims through constant

du’as!

“E” –Elevate your status with Allah,

By fearing only Allah and truly trusting Him,

By learning and implementing Islamic

knowledge,

By seeking Allah’s Forgiveness for all your sins.

Welcome once again to the WISHES ceremony,

Sit back, relax –while doing so, remember Allah,

Keep smiling, be happy that we are Muslims,

We pray that we’ll all meet again in Jannah!
