Getting Going

Step 3: Become Strategic Discuss with your chapter leadership if starting ‘Programs for Social Good’ is appropriate for your chapter. Note that chapters should first focus on its Core Service requirements. If you decide you start Programs for Social Good , discuss how to embed this in your chapter’s Strategic Agenda. Look for additional PMI members who want to be involved. Volunteer passion should drive your programs! And remember that more than just 1 volunteer is needed to create sustainable programs.
