ADVANTAGENext generation will be empowered

because of her.If woman will be empowered she will not

be a burden on anyone.Financial burden of man can be shared

with her support.Family can be more strong because of

both working hands.When financial problems will be shared

than results of conflict.

CONCLUSIONWomen represent half the world’s

population, and gender inequality exists in every nation on the planet. Until women are given the same opportunities that men are, entire societies will be destined to perform below their true potentials. The greatest need of the hour is change of social attitude to women.
