Open the old, damaged photo in Photoshop.

Each tool works differently – so use the best tool for the problem.

Use the PATCH TOOL by making a selection around the BAD area and dragging it to a GOOD spot.

The SPOT HEALING BRUSH lets you paint out small lines, spots & scratches.

With the SPOT HEALING BRUSH, it works best to make lots of short strokes.

Clone stamping replaces pixels without blending.

Take away the purple color by applying a B&W image adjustment.

Once you’ve finished your restoration, save the image in your My Pictures folder as a .jpg
