Paradise Valley Cactus Camera ALPR Contract With Level 3 Communications

The town of Paradise Valley, Arizona has begun installing nefarious looking hidden cameras in fake cactuses. The local media has dubbed them "CactEye." The town did not disclose that these were going to be installed, nor did they talk about the reason for their installation.
