Then look at the questions and options provided. Check each option with the graphic stimulus to find out whether it is the most suitable answer.

You are required to fill each blank with

one suitable grammar item.

1Firstly, try to understand the content of the passage.

2For question on tenses, looks for clues throughout the passage. Usually the tense is constantly used.

3If you come across a difficult one, read the whole passage again and try to look for clues.

4Then study the options given very carefully. Sometimes the answer may be inferred from the text.

After choosing the answers, read through the passage again to make sure it reads well.

Try to read up and memorise the meanings of some expressions
