• This project is in its design stage:
✓ 10% non – refundable reservation.
✓ 25% within 7 days of approval of design and
issuance of municipal approval for construction
by way of signing a promissory contract to sell
and purchase.
✓ 65% at least 30 days before Golden Visa
application being ready for submission.
Note – design approval takes 6-9 months. Golden
Visa can only be applied for upon signature of the
promissory contract and transfer of funds.
