A BENEFICIARY DESIGNATION GIFT TOIMPACT OUR WORKAre you a longtime beneficiary and supporter of OLLI-CSUF?Perhaps you have been thinking about how you could make asignificant gift to support our work.

Many retirees think about leaving IRAs or other qualifiedretirement accounts to their heirs. Since qualified retirementaccounts receive tax-preferred treatment as they grow, your heirsmay pay estate taxes and income taxes on the qualifiedretirement accounts.

There is a more tax-wise strategy. By designating OLLI-CSUF as abeneficiary of qualified retirement assets, you can still provide anice inheritance to heirs with other parts of your estate whileavoiding the income tax!
