“This a rare beach view of Point O'Woods, South Lyme CT before the hurricane destroyed the cottages on the beach. It was mailed from South Lyme in 1932. Great umbrella scene with wonderful graphics. It reminds one of a Molly Dee painting so I have kept it in my collection for over twenty years. I have not seen a similar view for sale. Published by J.Soloman,  New London, CT.”

“Very unusual view of Point O'Woods, South Lyme Ct.  Only one cottage on the beach so it is after hurricane but the area in back of the boat basin is just a dirt parking lot. It is not mailed but I am judging in the fifties. Notice how the bay side of the Point can be seen and the water under the Amtrak.”
