Id:0900d805804006d9
OCC CREATE SCCP SIGNALLING POINT PARAMETER SET
Function With this command you can create a new SCCP signalling point parameter set.
Parameters signalling point parameter set number, signalling point parameter set name;
Syntax
OCC: [<signalling point parameter set number> | <next free number> def],
<signalling point parameter set name> ;
Parameter explana-tions
signalling point parameter set number
The number of the SCCP signalling point parameter set you are creating. The default value is the next free parameter set number.
signalling point parameter set name
The name you wish to give the SCCP signalling point parameter set you are creating.
Examples 1. To create signalling point parameter set number 10, and give it the name ITU-T, give the following command:
OCC:10,ITU-T;
Additional informa-tion
If you do not enter a number for the signalling point parameter set, the system assigns it the next free parameter set number.
You must give a name for the signalling point parameter set you are creating. When the parameter set is created, the system gives the recommended values for the parameters.

COMMAND EXECUTED
Semantic error messages
If an error occurs, the general semantic error messages of MML commands are output.
Execution error messages
During the command execution, minor and major errors may occur, preventing the exe-cution of the command.
Minor errors are indicated with the text COMMAND EXECUTION FAILED. If the require-ments for the command execution are not met, a minor error is concerned. A minor error may be detected, for example, when the system reads the files and checks the validity of the data. In these cases, file modifications have not occurred.
Major errors are indicated with the text COMMAND EXECUTION ABORTED. If the task defined in the command is partly completed before the interruption, a major error is con-cerned. In these cases, file modifications have possibly been already completed, and the files may contain indefinable data.
Minor errors include the following cases:
/*** ACTIVE UNIT STATE INCORRECT ***/
The state of the active unit is not WO-EX.
/*** ILLEGAL MESSAGE LENGTH BETWEEN SC4HAN AND SCXADM ***/
The length of the message sent by the SCCP Parameter Set Handling MML (SC4HAN) to the SCXADM is incorrect.
/*** ILLEGAL PARAMETER ***/
The SCXADM does not accept the value of a parameter.
/*** PASSIVE UNIT STATE INCORRECT ***/
The passive unit is in an indefinable state or in working state SP-RE.
/*** SEMIPERMANENT FILE UPDATING BUSY ***/
The updating of the semipermanent files is in progress.

signalling point parameter set name
The name of the signalling point parameter set you wish to interrogate. The parameter set name is an alternative to the parameter set number. You cannot give the name and the number simultaneously.
Examples 1. To interrogate the data on parameter set 10, give the following command:
OCI:10;
Execution printouts The execution printout of the example 1 command is as follows:

COMMAND EXECUTED
The following messages may be output together with the data on the parameter sets:
SIGNALLING POINT PARAMETER SET DOES NOT EXIST
The command includes a parameter set that does not exist in the SCCP Signalling Point Parameter File.
NO PARAMETER SET FOUND
None of the interrogated parameter sets exist in the system.
Semantic error messages
If an error occurs, the general semantic error messages of MML commands are output.
Execution error messages
During the command execution, minor errors may occur, preventing the command exe-cution. They are indicated with the text COMMAND EXECUTION FAILED. Such errors may be detected, for example, when the system reads the files and checks the validity of the data.
Minor errors include the following cases:
/*** ILLEGAL MESSAGE LENGTH BETWEEN SC4HAN AND SCXADM ***/
The length of the message sent by the SCCP Parameter Set Handling MML (SC4HAN) to the SCXADM is incorrect.
/*** INCORRECT MESSAGE ***/
The message received from the SCXADM is incorrect.
/*** TIME LIMIT EXCEEDED ***/
No reply is received within the time limit to the interrogation message sent by the SC4HAN.
/*** SIGNALLING POINT PARAMETER SET DOES NOT EXIST ***/
The signalling point parameter set does not exist.
/*** INCORRECT PARAMETER SET NAME ***/
The name of the parameter set is incorrect.
